Position Overview:
As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will play a vital role in addressing the mental health needs of our clients and the broader community. You will engage with clients in an outpatient clinical environment, conducting in-person assessments and providing feedback through both in-person and telehealth sessions, depending on client and clinician preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting psychological assessments and intakes
- Planning and implementing assessment protocols
- Administering psychological tests and interpreting results
- Compiling reports and delivering feedback to clients
- Clarifying diagnoses and maintaining thorough documentation
- Developing tailored treatment plans
- Optionally incorporating psychotherapy into your practice as per your preference.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for Psychologists who:
- Hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA accredited doctoral program
- Are board certified or board eligible (ABPP, ABCN)
- Possess full licensure in Virginia
- Have experience working with diverse populations, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients.
