Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, and inspection of mechanical components.
  • Follow detailed documentation and instructions to execute process-oriented tasks, such as testing and inspecting mechanical components.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Support the training of new employees and coordinate tasks within a team.
  • Operate multiple machines and ensure quality assurance.
  • Audit materials and builds for quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
