Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team in Chippewa Falls, WI. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling work-in-progress parts into finished products using various methods such as sonic welding, heat staking, and gluing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, label, mill, route, punch, sand, assemble, and package plastic parts.
  • Record production and scrap data on daily sheets, including labels, production tags, and hourly rate logs.
  • Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and comply with OSHA standards.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the shift supervisor or management.
Requirements
  • No previous experience is necessary.
  • Basic communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Take and retain direction well.
  • Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing assemblies is preferred but not required.
