Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

Cadrex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping materials with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders or delivery documents
  • Sort and organize materials in designated locations for easy accessibility
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to record inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist in performing regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse processes and enhance productivity
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and disposing of packaging materials

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
  • Basic computer skills to utilize inventory management systems or other warehouse software
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
