We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies within a given geographic territory.
About the Role
The successful candidate will employ multiple prospecting methods to identify and connect with appropriate contacts with a need for CBPS services. They will utilize sales skills and internal resources to understand client/prospective client needs and sell relevant solutions.
Responsibilities
This role involves prospects for business customers primarily through cold calling, networking, social media, email - all leading to face-to-face meetings. The candidate will build, develop, and nurture customer relationships with contacts at prospective client accounts and sold accounts. They will be responsible for complex, well-defined sales opportunities and drive an internal team towards a well-defined end goal and ultimate sale. Additionally, they will be expected to drive revenue and maintain accountability for set goals and objectives.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, extensive sales background (7+ years), thorough understanding of complex solutions with a technology slant, track record of success with a long sales cycle and with a consultative sell, proven prospecting success with a high energy level, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or other presentation software. A salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year is estimated based on industry standards.
