About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient areas. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses patient needs and develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitors patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed
  • Provides education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and self-care
  • Maintains accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient information
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
