Nurse Practitioner

Coffee Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient areas. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assesses patient needs and develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed
- Provides education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and self-care
- Maintains accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient information
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
