Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate Part Time. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our membership programs, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Deliver a positive shopping experience, ensuring that members feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with our team.
  • Sales and Promotions
    • Promote our membership programs and services to members, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
    • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Membership and Benefits
    • Explain the benefits and features of our membership programs, including our Inner Circle and Supplemental membership options.
    • Assist members with membership-related inquiries, including renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience
    • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Working Conditions

  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interactions with members and colleagues.
  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds, with assistance as needed.
