About the Role

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve their daily living and social skills
  • Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence and community participation
  • Maintain annual training requirements to ensure expertise in supporting individuals with diverse needs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
  • Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others
  • Valid Driver's License and existing insurance
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to accommodate individual assignments
