Key Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of tools and equipment
Inspect and maintain hotel equipment, including air conditioning and refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including pumps and motors, plumbing fixtures, and electrical equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical background preferred
At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting
Valid driver's license and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
