Job Title: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We're seeking a creative and collaborative mental health professional to join our team. As an outpatient mental health therapist, you'll work with clients to evaluate mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing documentation and case notes
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of improving mental health care
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, LADC I, LP, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Passion for topics such as EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based practices
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
  • Ability to demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)
