As part of our mission, we are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to provide essential administrative support within the College of Health & Natural Science (CHNS). This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our academic programs across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in the effective functioning of our educational initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating course scheduling and overseeing faculty assignments.
  • Prioritizing and managing the Dean's calendar efficiently.
  • Collaborating with college leadership to enhance operational processes.
  • Coordinating internal and external communications for the College.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following:

  • A preferred Associate's degree.
  • Three to five years of relevant administrative experience, ideally within higher education.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Capability to lift materials weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
