- Manage the appointment process for trainees, including credentialing and licensing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Provide exceptional support to trainees, including advising and counseling
- Lead and participate in continuous systems and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- Advanced knowledge of health professions education theory and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
