Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program administration
  • Manage the appointment process for trainees, including credentialing and licensing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Provide exceptional support to trainees, including advising and counseling
  • Lead and participate in continuous systems and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of directly related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of health professions education theory and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
