Executive Assistant Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Window World of Fargo. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide strategic administrative and project management support to our executive team.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling internal and external meetings, drafting and managing correspondence, and setting up eSignature documents
* Manage emails and calendars, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
* Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses, and plan and execute team events and off-sites
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
* Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement administrative processes and procedures

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a rapidly growing environment
* Highly proficient in Google G-Suite Apps and other productivity tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
