Heritage Companies is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at El Monte Sagrado in Taos, NM. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to nutrition and sanitation regulations.
- Ensure timely delivery of food to the dining area, meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 DOE.

- New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and carry heavy objects.

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in high-volume cooking or equivalent combination of education and experience.
