Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nurses' aides
  • Assess and respond to changes in residents' conditions
  • Document observations, interventions, and outcomes
  • Monitor and record follow-through for signatures on telephone orders from physicians
  • Recognize and report accidents and incidents
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of records and information



Requirements:

  • Current active LPN license
  • Previous long-term care experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience or new graduates considered
