Key Responsibilities for Counter Team Members:

  • Serve delicious food to our guests.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team.

  • Keep the store clean and well-stocked.
  • Engage with guests throughout their experience.
  • Assess guests' needs through inquiries and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities for Baristas:

  • Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, from simple to complex.
  • Address guests' inquiries regarding menu selections.
  • Provide prompt and exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure inventory is stocked and equipment is clean.
  • Maintain a sanitary and organized work environment.
  • Work efficiently at the barista stations.
  • Create visually appealing and artistic espresso beverages.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A strong passion for coffee and guest service.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced café or restaurant setting (preferred for baristas).
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm and engaging demeanor.
  • Flexibility in scheduling availability.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (where applicable).
  • Availability during weekends and summer is essential.
