Customer Service Associate

- Greeting clients and visitors, directing them to the correct team member;
- Handling incoming phone calls, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records;
- Providing administrative support, ensuring seamless daily operations;
- Delivering outstanding customer service, following up on client needs;
- Performing general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Multitasking and prioritization abilities are required to meet deadlines.
- A professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, are necessary.
- A 440-insurance license is mandatory; if you don't have one, we will reimburse you when obtained.
