Seafood Team Leader Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Seafood Team Leader to join our dynamic retail environment. As a leader in the Seafood department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product knowledge, customer service, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for fresh seafood products and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our seafood offerings, including product features, benefits, and nutritional information.
  • Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service and promote sales growth.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
