Rainier Springs LLC, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, seeks passionate and patient-centric professionals to join our interdisciplinary team. Our organization is dedicated to providing compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities of the Therapist
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and outside referral sources, adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines.
  • Develop and revise treatment plans to achieve client goals, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff members.
  • Create comprehensive discharge plans to ensure a continuum of care.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, or relevant licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current unencumbered state licensure per state requirements.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.

Position Details
