Job Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Doverwood Village in Hamilton, OH.

Salary: $28 to $32 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts

Job Description

As an LPN at Doverwood Village, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and observing changes in resident conditions.

  • Providing high-quality patient care
  • Leading the activities of nursing assistants
  • Reporting and responding to changes in resident health
  • Attending required in-service trainings and educational events

You'll Need To Have:

  • A current Ohio LPN license
  • Strong documentation skills, experience with electronic medical records is a plus
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
  • Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays
