Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information, developing solutions to complex problems, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with external auditors to complete PCAOB audits, coordinating audit timelines, deliverables, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Address any audit-related queries promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.
  • Perform analytical reviews of financial information and validations to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements.
  • Provide thorough financial analysis, proactive solutions, and automation improvements for current processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to understand and account for complicated transactions.
  • Continuously monitor best practices and develop process improvements for transactions and processes.
  • Assist with accounting special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA.
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience or 2+ years of Public Accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Xlookups, Vlookups, Conditional formulas).
  • Experience in using SAP S/4HANA and tools like Blackline, etc. will be a plus.
  • Experience with international subsidiaries and foreign currency transactions.
  • Strong at execution, follow-up, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to process improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to keep deadlines at a fast pace without losing accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $93,400 to $140,240. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
