Position Type: Hybrid
Compensation: $24/hr
Contract Duration: 3+ months
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 12-9p, Friday 9-6pm; with in-office days on Monday to Wednesday and remote work on Thursday and Friday.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
  • Assess and mitigate credit risk by conducting thorough evaluations of new clients utilizing our payroll services.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and provide technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure prompt and precise resolution of issues while minimizing risks.
  • Review and authorize or decline credit applications and payment decisions to safeguard financial interests and promote sound financial practices for clients.
  • Prepare and present recommendations to management based on credit evaluations.
  • Conduct comprehensive credit assessments on prospective clients.
  • Analyze and interpret credit reports from major bureaus and relevant financial data to inform credit decision-making.
  • Identify potential fraudulent activities and escalate verified concerns as necessary.
