About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Medical Office Coordinator, where you will be responsible for performing clerical functions such as preparing and sending outgoing mail, distributing incoming mail, maintaining filing systems, entering data and maintaining databases, typing documents and correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and faxing. You will also be responsible for greeting visitors and communicating with patients and providers, placing, answering, and directing phone calls and distributing messages, organizing, coordinating, and scheduling meetings and appointments, keeping office area neat and tidy, monitoring and ordering office supplies, handling information requests, including reviewing files and records, answering inquiries, and responding to incoming work requests, and coordinating work flow and complying records of office activities.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of clerical experience is preferred.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.
  • The ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action is critical.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
