We are currently seeking a Lead Project Scheduler who possesses substantial experience in the aforementioned markets and has a proven track record with project valuations exceeding $200M.

Position Overview

In the role of Lead Project Scheduler, you will work in close partnership with Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, and Regional Leadership teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing team members' skills in planning and scheduling best practices.
  • Inspiring project teams during planning discussions.
  • Facilitating collaborative planning sessions with project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders to gather insights on sequencing, manpower, and durations.
  • Creating and managing contract schedules in conjunction with project teams.
  • Assisting in various project phases, including preconstruction planning, design development, and testing & commissioning.
  • Providing risk management insights regarding schedule milestones.
  • Generating variance reports, graphics, and narratives to identify issues.
  • Integrating schedules with BIM models utilizing 4D tools.
  • Guiding teams to ensure alignment between schedules and tracking tools.
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of scheduling theories and methodologies.

Qualifications

We are looking for a meticulous team player who can effectively manage tasks and consistently meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scheduler in Core Market projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
  • A strong work ethic coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
