Job Opportunity

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Administer basic respiratory therapeutic interventions, including gas/humidity therapy, bronchial hygiene, and airway management.
  • Establish and manage mechanical ventilation with moderate proficiency and occasional supervision.
  • Collect specimens and perform diagnostic testing, such as EKG and sputum collection.
  • Interpret diagnostic data and formulate plans of care based on patient responses and physiologic profiles.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited CoARC respiratory care program.
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Basic Life Support from AHA upon start.
  • Licensed Respiratory Therapist and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
