Position Summary

The Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the golf cart fleet's cleanliness and functionality. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere at the club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare golf carts for use by checking cleanliness, tire pressure, and operational safety features.
  • Greet members and guests as they arrive, providing a warm welcome.
  • Assist with starter and ranger tasks as required.
  • Support members and guests with their golfing needs, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Handle the loading and unloading of golf bags from carts and the bag storage area.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of golf carts by removing debris and washing them as needed.
  • Report any lost items found on the course to the Pro Shop.
  • Clean and maintain golf clubs and rental equipment for members and guests.
  • Ensure the Bag Storage Room is organized and tidy.
  • Manage driving range duties, including staging and cleaning operations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of golf and its regulations.
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
