Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Collaborate with managers to plan event layouts and logistics.
  • Oversee staff schedules and shift management.

  • Coordinate food and beverage service by liaising with kitchen and service teams.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service under pressure.
  • Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
