**Compensation Package**

We offer a highly competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of $45,148 (based on a 34.5-hour workweek) increasing to $51,094 after 6 months. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401K, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and gear discounts.

**Job Description**

This role involves learning and gaining proficiency in various positions within the Assembly Operation, including load lines, packaging lines, and inspection. As an Assembly Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for rotating through these positions as assigned and performing the duties of an entry-level Machine Operator. Your ability to follow work instructions safely and efficiently is crucial to producing high-quality CCI/Speer products and components.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Must have at least 1 year of continuous on-the-job experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment physical & drug screen.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must not be prohibited from shipping, transporting, or possessing any firearm or ammunition under the Gun Control Act or Safe Explosives Act.
