Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at WIS International Inventory Services. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently resetting and rearranging store shelves according to defined planograms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reset and rearrange store shelves according to defined planograms
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Travel to various store locations and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve store appearance
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Retail, reset, remodel, or merchandising experience is a plus
  • Ability to work the entire duration of the project assigned
  • Experience working with planograms and full components of a reset is preferred
  • Proven ability to work in solo and team environments
  • Effective customer relations skills
Working Conditions

This part-time project position requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs., to stand for prolonged periods, and the ability to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions. Occasional travel may be required via plane or automobile, including overnight stays.
