Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, donation area, and stockroom.
- Assist with daily operations, including operating cash registers, handling customer transactions, and processing donations.
- Stock and merchandise products, including sorting, hanging, and pricing items.
- Receive and process donations, ensuring that all items are properly sorted and processed.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
- Assist with loss prevention efforts, reporting any incidents or suspicious activity to management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
