Job Title: Store Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Sales Associate to join our team at Brown Jug / Gold Rush Liquor. As a Store Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide great customer service to every person who walks into our store
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Complete customer transactions on the Point-of-Sale (POS) device, including payment
  • Assist customers from store and/or offer car service when appropriate
  • Stock shelves and cooler with product
  • Help keep the store clean and organized
Requirements:
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older
  • Have or obtain an Alcohol Server Card (we'll provide guidance on how to obtain one)
  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
  • First-Aid Certificate is considered an asset but not required
  • Training or passion for wine/beer/spirits is a huge plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Available to work a varied retail schedule, including evening and weekends
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for an extended period
