Mechanical Equipment Technician

As a Mechanical Service Technician, you will be part of our team that installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems. You will analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and make modifications to HVAC systems, adhere to all regulatory statutes, and maintain maintenance records. Additionally, you will order and maintain parts as needed and manage relationships with all vendor accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of commercial HVAC experience and possess a strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, heating cycles, and electron theory. You will also be required to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, understand temperature and humidity measurement, and have mastered all types of HVAC systems. Our team player must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance and pass a background check and drug screening.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and development.
