We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Repair Technician to join our team at Xylem I LLC. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for mechanics and repair work.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a wide variety of vehicles and equipment. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Tune-ups and overhauling engines, transmissions, and differentials
  • Repairing brakes, drive trains, generators, and other vital components
  • Inspecting and fueling generators for water and waste water operations
  • Performing fabrication, welding, and modification of parts for specialized equipment

You will be working closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of an accredited program in vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Two years of experience in the repair of vehicles and heavy equipment
  • A valid driver's license (CDL preferred)

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

This is a full-time position, and you can expect to work approximately 40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
