We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sutter Health. This role involves providing routine patient care, support, and services in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic nursing skills, medical procedures, and equipment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care, support, and services in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers.
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as taking blood pressure and temperature.
  • Document patient information, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Ability to interpret data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Work Environment:

This role is a Full-Time position, working 32 hours per week. The schedule will include variable days and shifts. Sutter Health offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay range of $27.87 to $34.82 per hour.
