Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating construction contracts
- Preparing claims
- Providing support for litigation
- Performing additional legal tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and currently licensed to practice in any state
- 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Familiarity with construction and engineering practices, including contracts and claims
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
