About the Role

This hybrid position can be based in either our Naperville or Chicago office. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural systems for various projects. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our clients' structures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, EIT certification, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with Revit is a plus. You must also be self-disciplined, willing to learn, and flexible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop structural systems for various projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Analyze and troubleshoot structural issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • EIT certification
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • MS Office experience (Word and Excel)
  • Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
