Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Senior SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Specialist with over 7 years of practical experience, including participation in at least 2 implementation projects, to become a part of our team at Healthcare InfoTech.
In this role, you will be tasked with the design, process optimization, and deployment of SAP VIM solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Experience in VIM integration during SAP ECC/S4H upgrades or transformations is essential. Knowledge of the consumer health and retail sectors will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:
Possess a comprehensive understanding of both paper-based and electronic invoicing business processes, and lead design discussions with clients.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements and convert them into effective SAP VIM solutions.
Demonstrated experience in configuring SAP VIM settings, workflows, document types, data capture, and integration with both SAP and non-SAP systems is required.
Proven expertise in customizing SAP VIM to align with specific business processes and requirements.Ability to operate in a multi-vendor environment and work with diverse teams to gather business needs and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions.
Provide ongoing support post-implementation, including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance enhancement.Facilitate training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure optimal utilization of SAP VIM functionalities.
