Job Summary

The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for developing SKU-level operational forecasts for products within an assigned portfolio in support of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop SKU-level operational forecasts for assigned products via coordination of the IBP process using SAP Demand Planning functionality.
- Interact regularly with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance, and Supply Planning, to gather data and insights for demand planning.
- Quantify and communicate forecast gaps, leading cross-functional forecast reviews in accordance with IBP process standards, and maintain responsibilities for MAPE and Forecast Accuracy metrics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum 4 years of business experience, with a strong background in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including vLookups and pivot tables, and intermediate knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with rapidly changing priorities and tight deadlines.
