Job Overview

M. Coast is a rapidly growing company seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Trainee to join our team. As a Territory Sales Trainee, you will work directly with our clients' local customers to develop our client's portfolio and expand into new markets across the country.

The successful candidate will receive hands-on coaching and training, including role-playing scenarios, in-depth product knowledge, and territory management. This will enable them to actively apply their knowledge and adapt to situations in an accelerated manner, driving direct sales in the Orlando area and potentially advancing to a senior level role.

Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Trainee:

  • Effectively present and demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Meet with customers regularly to review product and service options and provide targeted recommendations
  • Observe company operations to maintain high customer service and satisfaction
  • Respond to inquiries, maintain records, build rapport, and recommend ways to improve product and service offerings
  • Execute field sales campaigns and collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service department to provide competitive sales solutions
  • Work all assigned territories to maximize customer acquisitions and increase market share
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the product line by attending weekly sales and customer service training sessions

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of direct sales experience preferred, but customer or client-facing experience will be considered
  • A general interest in sales and desire to advance within an organization
  • Self-motivated to work independently in market territories
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication when conversing with customers
  • Strong work ethic to advance in new product and service knowledge
  • Highly personable to build quick rapport with customers
