We are seeking a skilled Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our team at Brilliant Earth. As a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through the purchasing process, creating personalized experiences and memorable moments.
  • Manage a high volume of sales leads, providing a luxury customer experience and attaining individual revenue targets.
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Review customer feedback and online reviews, working with leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
  • Enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and ensure product security.
  • Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Use our ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.
  • Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
