Essential Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current Nursing License in the relevant state, along with active BLS certification.
  • Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
  • A minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in the relevant specialty.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collegial relationships with colleagues and therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
  • Critical thinking abilities to fulfill the primary responsibilities of the role.
  • Attention to detail when planning and executing professional nursing care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
  • Possess a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and compassion, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Must not hold a concurrent position at any Trinity Health facility.
  • Ability to complete orientation and training with various scheduling options available.
  • Additional facility-specific requirements may be requested.

Trinity Health FirstChoice Job ID: SJD_ Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
