Physical Therapist II

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist II to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our members, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of members' impairments, functional limitations, and participation barriers to develop effective treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy programs, establish treatment goals, and provide regular progress updates to members and their families.
- Collaborate with medical providers, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of physical therapy services, including member records and treatment plans.
- Supervise PTAs and provide guidance on best practices and clinical procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in care delivery.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in physical therapy, with a focus on rehabilitation and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including members, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound clinical decisions.
