Job Summary:
STRUCTR Advisors is seeking an experienced MEP Commissioning Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and leading MEP commissioning projects from initiation to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality commissioning services.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of MEP commissioning projects, meeting client expectations and industry standards.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including design engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  3. Commissioning Planning: Develop and implement commissioning plans, protocols, and procedures that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  4. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members, to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in MEP commissioning, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification not required but welcome.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in energy modeling software, including Carrier HAP or Trane Trace.

Compensation Package: $145,000 per year, including a competitive salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package.
