Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of each resident through the provision of high-quality care.
- Encourage and maintain a positive workplace atmosphere centered on teamwork and collaboration.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all sensitive personal or health-related information regarding residents and staff.
Essential Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a background check prior to employment.
- Compliance with state regulations regarding TB testing.
Compensation Details:
- Performance evaluations will occur at specified intervals, contingent upon ongoing employment.
- Opportunities for shift differentials, bonuses, and additional pay for extra shifts.
- Compensation based on experience.
- Night shift differential of $1.00 per hour in addition to the base wage.
- Weekend differential of $2.00 per hour in addition to the base wage.
