Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial clearance and pre-certification
- Manage work queues and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with practice managers and directors to optimize patient access services
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
- EPIC Cadence and Prelude training with passing exam
- Proficient PC skills and customer service expertise
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology
