Contract Management Specialist

The Defense Industry Procurement Manager role at ITC Defense presents a unique opportunity to excel in contract management. This position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to closeout, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
This specialist will provide expertise in contract administration, risk assessment, and dispute resolution. Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating and administering contracts with government agencies and commercial partners.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for contracts and subcontracts.
- Evaluating risks associated with new business opportunities and mitigating potential threats.
- Serving as a liaison between ITC Defense and its clients, addressing contractual matters and providing support as needed.
A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of defense industry regulations, including TINA, FAR, and DFARS. Familiarity with various contract types, such as Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), and Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) is also essential. In addition, they should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in defense industry contract management or a similar field.
