Automation Solutions Engineer

The EURME Central Reliability Team is seeking a forward-thinking Automation Solutions Engineer to lead the design, maintenance, and implementation of automation solutions that set new benchmarks for performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement high-performance automation solutions
- Lead complex projects and collaborate with business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automation tools and systems
- Analyze metrics to optimize processes and improve system performance
- Communicate complex technical challenges clearly across teams
- Manage regional controls projects and lead technical teams
- Diagnose and resolve controls issues
- Prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Advanced expertise in high-level software development
- Strong PLC programming skills
- Experience in designing tools that automate and streamline operations
- Proficiency in analyzing metrics to optimize processes
- Leadership experience in managing regional controls projects
- Ability to communicate complex technical challenges clearly across teams
- Strong understanding of process flows and conveying systems
- Ability to act as a technical leader and escalation point for teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in working with SQL databases, including querying, managing, and optimizing data
