Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health System, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Requirements:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
