Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and coordinate their care plans with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing.
