Job Description: As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Soliant, you will play a vital role in helping students enhance their communication skills and achieve academic success. You will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing student needs, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, a valid Ohio SLP license, and previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. You should also possess strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
